Next week, March 10-15 is THE PLAYERS Championship in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. I’ve been attending the tournament for almost ten years. We got married at the clubhouse at TPC! People travel from all over to come for the Championship. It used to be in May but was switched to March last year which means cooler temperature which is nice but at the same time, it can occasionally be too cold!
I wanted to share some outfit ideas for warm and cool weather because it looks like next week may be warm and cool. I tried to include lots of retailers that have fast, free shipping since the tournament is next week. Also, the Lilly Pulitzer store at the St. Johns Town Center has tons of cute dresses, skirts, rompers, shorts, etc. that are perfect for the tournament!

COOLER WEATHER:

Bring a jacket – jean jackets are too casual but a white jean jacket is acceptable

A cute cardigan in a pastel or white would also be acceptable

Maxi dresses with a jacket/sweater

I would not wear jeans or leggings or boots

Although white jeans with a “spring” top would be cute

Sandals – Tory Burch, Jack Rogers, plain sandals, studded sandals, etc. Whatever is comfortable!

I wouldn’t wear anything uncomfortable – there is a lot of walking involved even if you have a tent to sit in, you still have to walk to your tent!
PURSE:

There are strict bag requirements – opaque bags measuring 6x6x6 inches and smaller or clear bags 12x6x12 inches and smaller are allowed inside the course grounds.
