We decided to sell our house because our house is a 3 bedroom and while we do love it – I am having twins and we need more room!
We bought a house on a piece of land on the water near our prior house. We are going to tear-down the house on the property and build our dream house!
We officially sold our house last Friday. My mom was our realtor! We moved into a rental house a few weeks ago and will live here until our house is done being built. We found a rental house that has some land so Tommy can park his trailers, etc. on the property so we don’t have to put stuff into storage. We did however have to get two pod containers for some of our house and shed stuff since the rental house is only 1750 square feet which is a lot smaller than the house we just sold.
We are so excited and I will share the home building process on my Instagram and blog. We officially closed on the tear-down house/ land in August. We started talking with a builder in April and we talked to several before deciding who to go with.
