I just bought these boots at target on Wednesday – the Target by my house has all their boots marked down to $19.99! I just checked their website and all of the tall boots are marked down to $19.99 too!! I bought the above boots and a pair of black rain boots. They had a ton of cute styles but I am a size 9 and there were not too many 9s left!
